4 adults traveling to England. We need to go mid Aug. for 2 weeks. Where to find best rates/accomodations?

We would like to start in Scotland and work down to London area if possible.

if you try and get your accomodation out of the cities it will a lot cheaper and also the more no north you go is cheaper as a rule of thumb
