Anybody ever meet one of the members of Def Leppard?

First of all, I don't believe the story about the guys asking a girl onto the bus with them, unless it was 1987. They're all married and four of them have kids. If one of them was going to do something like that now, it sure wouldn't be in front of a crowd.

Second, yep, they're from Sheffield!

I've never met them, but I know a lot of people who have! 90% of the time, the band will stop outside the busses after a show, and meet with fans. They're a great group of guys, very appreciative of their fans. 90% of the time, when somebody asks for an autograph, the band will sign it for them. I haven't but my best friend did when Def Leppard was in current music. He waited outside their bus to get their autograph and he said they ingnored him and asked one of the girls in the crowd to come into the bus with them. She did.
