Any tips on wild camping in the cairngorms?

I am planning to walk from Blair Althol to Colyumbridge through Glet Tilt and Glen Feshie next week. I intend to stay low-level.

Anyone done it before? any advice / stories?

Can you help me with the following questions …

1. What are the restrictions on wild camping in the area?
2. Are there any walking restrictions due to deer stalking?
3. How busy is the route likely to be? Is there a likelihood of many other walkers on route / wild campers at bothies? (This is more looking at options in case difficulties arise).
