history.history..and loads and loads of history
from medievil castles to stone henge to ancient battle grounds to the houses of parliment to the rolling fields of yorkshire and the hills of derbyshire and the lake district and glasgow with all the arts and york with the minster and the yorvic centre and the railway museum and all of wales with er.er (sorry i dont know wales that well) and beautiful scotland with mountains lakes with lock ness and even the small details like in derbyshire there is a village called eyem where the black death (plague) struck and the beautiful small seaside villages along the south coast in devon cornwall and kent is a lovely county then there is norfolk with the norfolk broads (canalways) where you can hire a cruiser or a long boat.. also if you want something different then try the small town of chesterfield where the massive spire on the church is crooked and twisted and it has an old market place. or bakewell where the famous bakewell tart was invented.. then there is the small village in yorkshire called goathland where both heartbeat and harry potter (trainstation) scenes have been filmed and you can have a ride on an authentic old fashioned steam locomotive. er got a bit carried away here sorry .hope you enjoy your stay in england.

England is the best – whats not to like! There’s the culture, the history, the art, the beautiful countryside, the way everything is so close and accessible, the humour, the pubs, the seasons (yep even like the rain – you appreciate the sun so much more), the people and how they’re different all over the country. I love it and love being English! (not sure what the fish and chips with the head on is about - never had that!)
